Czero has obtained planning consent for its Bishops Castle development in Shropshire. The custom build development, The Leys, received financial support from the Home Building Fund and will feature nine serviced plots ranging from 0.15 acres to 0.26 acres.
The eco-friendly properties will vary in size, from 2-bed bungalows to 5-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £120,000. Two of the plots have already been reserved.
Czero will prepare shovel-ready plots, bringing mains services and drainage to each plot boundary and installing access roads, communal landscaping and boundary fencing.
The developer is offering buyer flexibility, described as “custom build with a self-build option”. Customers will be able to select designs and make amendments to internal layout, before Czero will deliver the homes. It is also offering individual plots with a design code, for those wanting to take the self-build route and have more involvement in the build process.
