NaCSBA is holding its Right To Build summit on Thursday 30 November at the NSBRC, Swindon, offering an insight into the current and future prospects for the custom and self-build sector in the UK.
At the event, Richard Bacon, MP and Chair of the APPG for Self Build, Custom and Community Housebuilding & Placemaking, will be announcing the number of serviced plots councils must permission over the next three years under England’s Right to Build legislation.
Other keynote speakers include a summary of the Self and Custom Build Market Report by Brian Green of Brickonomics, a vision of where the sector could be in 2025 by TV Presenter and Architectural Designer Charlie Luxton, and an update on the process of NaCSBA’s RTB Task Force from Chair Jon Sawyer and Director, Mario Wolf.
There will also be a session on the newly announced CSB Demand Assessment Tool by Lin Cousins of Three Dragons.
The summit runs from 1pm to 5:30pm, and tickets are free for NaCSBA members or £180 for non-members, available from Eventbrite.
